  • The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to start the next phase of growth, which is to significantly expand the product portfolio. With a new two-part product model and updated launch process, Färsking aims to reach existing and new customers at more times of the day.
  • Färsking Partners intends to finance its participation in the Target Company's offering through a rights issue. In the first step, existing shareholders will have the opportunity to subscribe for their pro rata portion. In the second step, existing shareholders will be able to subscribe for any remaining shares, and if there are any shares left after that, all Pepins members will have the opportunity to participate in the fundraising campaign on a first-come, first-served basis.
