It is associated with risks of investing in unlisted growth companies. Many companies that are in the early stages will fail and thus the risk that all investments in such companies will be lost. No one should invest more in such companies than being able to handle such losses. These investments are often illiquid, which means that it can take many years before you can sell or otherwise realize your investment.
In accordance with Chapter 3, Section 2 of the Act, the right to withdraw does not apply to financial instruments. This means that there is no right of withdrawal for the investments that take place on Pepins.
Both the laws pertaining to marketing and contractual terms are in accordance with Swedish law.
