How trading works
Pepins is the world's first place for trading crowdfunded companies. It is also Sweden's primary place for non-listed companies. As a member of Pepins, you can buy and sell shares in companies offering trade here.
Trade on Pepins is offered regularly at set times each month, but how often each company chose to offer trade varies (e.g. monthly, quarterly or annually). Our trading model is structured to facilitate growth over the long term. We are convinced that this model provides companies with the freedom to focus on what they know best – their business and development, while allowing shareholders to trade and grow the value of their shares.
